How to Place an Order
It’s easy to place a wholesale order for OEM parts or any other product with our wholesale dealership. Simply e-mail info@temeculamotorsports.com or fax 951-493-8808 with your order as well as the part number, bar code, and quantities of each item you want. If you have any questions about your order, don’t hesitate to use the live chat feature on our website for quick service. Lastly, remember that our retail location cannot sell you anything at wholesale price.
When to Expect Your Shipment
We place your order with the manufacturer as soon as possible. This means that if you placed your order before noon, we will usually order it in the same day. If our wholesale dealership receives your order before 4pm, we’ll most likely be able to ship your order to you on the same day. The wholesale customer pays all shipping and handling charges.
How to Return Your Order
Our standard return policy is that the order must be received by our wholesale dealership 20 days from the original delivery date. The exception is Polaris/Victory parts, which must be returned within 14 days from the day that our wholesale dealership was invoiced by Polaris/Victory. All returns must be in original packaging with original part numbers and the original invoice. Keep in mind that some parts have a 20% restocking fee.
How to Pay
Our wholesale dealership accepts bank wire transfer, business checks from prominent clients, Paypal, and most credit cards, including Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not, however, accept personal checks or cash-on-delivery.
